What is the HTML code to avoid people copying my pictures when they visit my
web site?

I want the code that will not allow people to copy my pictures even if they
use those three commands: Ctrl+C, Edit Menu-Copy or right-click and copy

Don't place the photos on the web! There is no means to actually stop anyone that truly want your
photo from getting your photos

You can try to seach for some javascript to do this over at
www.dynamicdrive.com or javascript.internet.com. The bottom line though,
this is a useless endeavor. First, all the person has to do is take a
screenshot of their desktop and post it into a graphics application and they
have it, granted at a lower resolution. Second, the file is probably
available in the user's browser cache so it's already sitting there for them
to use. Third, they can view the source code and browse to the file
directly. Even if you use a script that prevents a user from right-clicking
and getting the source code they'll just use another application that will
just suck the page and let them at the source code anyways.

Basically, there's nothing that you can do that will protect your site's
images. There is no digital rights management built into the web so anything
you put up there is fair game.

I'm assuming he wanted the right-click pop-up menu to not have a copy option
or have a message displayed saying the file cannot be saved, as some of the
photos on IMDB.com have. I'd be curious to know myself. Perhaps looking at
the source code on such a page would help. Of course you can always
"watermark" your photos with a copyright and/or put a copyright notice in
your site. This wouldn't keep people from copying, only give you some legal
leg to stand on if it's worth suing over.

Here is my opinion on this matter because I have asked the same question many
times. How do people who are in the profesional photo business keep their
pics from being copied to alleviate this problem? I have visited some photo
sites in my community, online, or someone in my family got professional
family pics done, etc., and were given a password etc.. to view their pics
before purchasing. (now they took their pics on site) when you go into look
at the proofs, you cannot even begin to copy these pictures or if you manage
too, there is "proof" written right across the picture, so its not worth
trying to get a free pic. So, bottom line is there is a way to do this, you
may just have to ask a professional photographer how they do this. My guess
is they don't load their originals online, they just load the proofs. May
want to try doing it this way. At least they don't have the originals. Just
my opinion.

that's the only thing you can possibly do:
put up pictures that are of such a quality that they're not worth stealing.
you can do it by either making the file size so small that it won't print
well, by putting "proof" all over it, or a combination.

if you're really interested here's something very cool you might want to
look at:
