I would like to be able to print a hard copy of the form I use to key in data
to my database. I do not want to print any of the data. I use the form to
have people that are not at a terminal write in the information that will
later be keyed in. I have not been able to find a way to do this once there
is data in the data base.

Forms are for editing, adding, and viewing data. Reports are for printing.
Build a report and use labels, lines and boxes instead of fields.
Place a button on your form "Print Data Entry Sheet" (or similar) and have
it print the report when clicked.

Thank you for the information
