I WANT TO PRINT A COLOR CATEGORY ONLY IN MY CALENDAR

I am using the color codes as client names to keep track of billing hours.
Is there a way to print out only the color coded line items, ie green is
client, "Smith" omitting the rest of the items on the calendar? My goal is to
be able to print a list of individual client notes on one page at the end of
the month.

Assuming you mean that you're using colored categories, create a view that
shows only a particular category and then print.
 
I am not sure what you mean. I have tried customizing a view and I am not
able to print the "blue" appts.

Describe the exact steps you took to customize the view. You should be
filtering the view to show only the blue category.
