I want to pre-define "follow up" flag text

When I set a flag for follow up on a public folder contact, I get a drop
down list allowing me to choose from "Follow Up", "Call", "Arrange Meeting",
"Send E-Mail" and "Send Letter". I can overtype any of these, with whatever
text I like. What I want to do is set up a new drop down list, where I can
define what the choices are, and where the end users cannot overtype it.

I know that. That's why I posted the suggestion that this should be included
in a future release.

outlook doesn't support editing the list, only typing over it.

Don;t hold your breath waiting for it - it's not changed in the next
version.
