An SNES or NES RPG.

What programs for XP would be best to buy?

If the rules don't prohibit then post a link to where they can be bought but if the rules do prohibit doing so just go to the link yourself and tell me the products names and I will look them up myself please, thank you!
 
well whilst id like to advise learning to program a language such as C, i dont think its a good idea for you

RPG Maker 2003 may be a good option
