I have a lot of presentations in my computer and I want to sent some
of them to others. some of them don't have office installed. I want
to save my presentation on CD, so they can play it on DVD player...

As we know that the ppt file can not play on DVD player directory,
one way you can play it on DVD is using the screen record, and maybe
you can get it for free. The other way is using the special software
to convert your presentations to video format , you can have a try on
PPT2DVD http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com and I think it is a convenient tool,
after you converting your presentation to video format and burning
it to dvd , you can control it with a DVD remote control.
I think it's may the right way that can help you. Good luck!

Hi Judith

If people don't have office installed they can use the free viewer to see
the presentation: they can download it or you can include it with your
presentation by using 'Package for CD'. Be aware that code is not supported
by the viewer.

If you still want to make the presentations playable on a DVD player see

You're probably going to get replies from people trying to sell you stuff -
always try before you buy and don't forget there are alternatives (some
free, depending on the presentation content).

Just to point out to others Judith and Bubbles are almost certainly BOTH
selling PPT2DVD. This really is not what the forum is for!

From Judith's other posts

"To solve this problem you can use ppt-to-dvd or ppt-to-YouTube. I have
seen a video on YouTube, it is a wonderful converted PowerPoint
presentations."

"I use PPT2DVD to convert my presentation to solve
this problem. It can convert your presentations to AVI,WMV and MP4
formats"
