i want to know about database

can i use the access 2002 to make a databease which can be display all data while i input some key value
for example, i put the name of company and it will display all information about that company?I can make a list, but it's not that i want..please
 
Access can do that easily.

(1) Create a suitable table.

(2) Use one of the Wizards to create a "form" for that table.

(3) Use the form to enter data into the table.

(4) To find an existing record by inputting a data value - eg. the company
name - move the cursor to the appropriate field in the form, press Ctrl-F,
and follow the prompts provided.

To get started on this, I recommend you buy a book on learning Access. That
is the best way to get started in a proiduct like Access. Then come back to
these newsgroups for help with things you don't understand.
