I want to hide system tray

You can't. They are either there or the aren't. If the application that
puts the icon in the notification area(what you are calling system tray)
allows it to be displayed or not then you may "turn off the icon". The
ICON is not "hidden", it is not there. "Password security" is not part
of the control, only user authority.

This makes not much sense. I mean the password thing!

- In case of just hiding the tray icons, this is only standard possible in
Win XP.
