All uppercase lettering combined with other things lead me to ask...

What are you attempting to say?

Try to *not* limit your words/description to any length and use as many/much
as it takes to accurately portray what it is you did, tried to do in order
to remedy it and wish to accomplish.

A soft "sigh" in lower case sounds much better than a shouted "SIGH."

And in what program did you hit unrestricted info?
