I want to create an interactive website...

I want my customers to be able to create invitations and business cards on my
site. Specifically, I want them to be able to place graphics and text on a
blank card. Can anyone tell me what this operation is called and how to get
started? Thank you!
 
Try doing a Google search for these type of pages using some type of
scripting language such as ASP, PHP etc.
