I want to combine personal calendars in outlook 2007

I would like a simple method to use Outlook 2007 (or some inexpensive add-in)
to combine several personal calendars into one display. I have seen the
complex tools in slapstick.com and these are over-kill. I don't need input
from multiple users or resource and task sharing. I just want to combine
multiple, single-use, calendars into a single page (not a side-by-side
display) that combines all entries. It would be nice if I could pick and
choose (via a check box) which calendars were included in the merge. Thank
you.
 
you just need to view them? outlook 2007's calendars will overlay each
other, so no addin is needed. click the little arrows on the left side of
the tabs to overlay.

I have two calendars, which I have brought in via PST files. So the
first is in my Calendar (default), the second is in Calendar in
Personal Folders. I have copied or "merged" the appointments/events I
need from the second into the first, such that the first (Calendar) is
all I need. Of course, when I "uncheck" the second it is no longer
displayed. But, I no longer need it in Outlook. I have tried to Delete
the second by right clicking on it, but "Delete" is grayed out. What
other option do I have?
 
We are using Exchange Server. Actually, Diane's idea of using the tab
combine feature seems to do what we needed. Thanks to all.

Sorry but I do not understand this. Were both calendars in the same PST file
or in different PST files?

If they were in different PST files you normally could delete this PST file
also in "File/Datafilemanagement" and here you can delete the PST file which
is not the default delivery folder.

If you open "File/Datafilemanagement" how many "PST" files do you see here?

Could you delete the "other" calendar (theoretical) or is this also greyed
out?
 
My wife and I both work for the same company (a school system) using Exchange Server. We would like our calendars to be one and show on both of screens.In other words, when she adds an appointment, it just pops up in my Outlook calendar and vice versa. We do some incredible gyrations with a home computer so that her PDA will add my appointments to her calendar and my smart phone will do the same at my desktop.
 
You really can't share a calendar like that. You can invite each other to
things or delegate access but since you each have separate mailboxes, each
mailbox has a Calendar.
