to use network in DOS (only dos, not installed windows) , How can I do?
I want to assign IP address in only dos machine, what software should I

Well, what do you want to *do* with the DOS machine? You'll need a
network driver, and client. You can use the Lanman one for DOS
connections to Windows networks. Or you could use a DOS TCP driver
for a modem (haven't seen one in years, don't know what's around
anymore). Google "DOS network client" for some possibilities.

You can get the "DOS Client for MS Networks" off of an old NT40 Server CD in
the "Clients" folder if I remember properly. It is a bit of a pain to get it
configured in my opinion, but it works.
