Hi..

I have Outlook 2003 and I'm trying to set up 2 additional calendars for 2 completely different things. I don't want to mix work and pleasure and also I want to set up an additional planner for myself. I know how to do that and it's great

But when I set up an event on one of the additional calendars, Outlook won't let me set a reminder to it and it's really annoying me! It doesn't make any sense that it won't do that, so I was wondering if there is a way to fix that. I'll do anything, I'll go into the Windows Register and change keys or whatever it takes... Can someone help?

Also, I tried changing the background color for each calendar and it's really retarted, it only lets you change the color for the main calendar, unless you select "Apply background color to all calendars." But if you want separate colors, it won't do it, even if you go back and de-select the checkbox and select a separate color for just the main calendar, then it changes the color to the additional calendars back to the boring yellow

Can somebody help me??

Is there a way that DOESN'T require spending extra money? We've already
spent a crap load of money on servers, software, upgrades, etc. I don't
think I can justify spending money just to please a couple people in the
company.

If you want a feature that isn't built into Outlook, you need to either get
a tool that adds that feature or write your own code. The only available
tools to add this feature are not free. If you tried to write your own, you
would quickly discover why: This is not a trivial feature to add.
