Yes. You need to do two things. The first is to set Outlook to open the
calendar when it starts on Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options. Adjust the
"Startup in this folder" setting to be your calendar.
The second thing you need to do is to put a shortcut to Outlook in your
Startup program group.
