I want a user only see one directory on the system

Hi, I need to lock down the user to only able to access one directory
(read/write). Do I use system policy editor or use group policy.

I could not find any particular place to restrice the file folder access?

Please help, this is much appreciated.

I would set appropriate NTFS permissions.
