I want a pop-up that is being blocked on a secure internet site.

I am trying to download my bank information from a secure internet site- It
apepars that it is a software problem- that everytime I click download- a
pop-up is blocked and I am unable to download this information. I get an
error sign in the bottom left corner stating that a pop-up has been blocked.
I WANT this pop-up. Please assist.

Turn off your pop-up blocker for that specific web site, then. (I'd
offer to tell you how, but you neglected to mention which specific
blocker you're using, so I can't.)

For Internet Explorer, simply click Tools > Pop Up Blocker > Allow
pop-ups from this site...

Under my intrnet explorer tool bar- I have the options under pop-up blocker
to block pop-ups from this site- or turn off pop up blocker- I have hit the
turn off pop up blocker and I am still not being able to see pop-up. Any
suggestions?
