I think its Java Problems in my IE6 - Please Help!!

When I click on a button a window opens without any
content and has about:blank in the address bar at the
top. It doesn't happen on links. It seems to just happen
on java buttons. I am assuming it is a problem with IE
because they work on my Netscape browser.

More info - When I hover my cursor over the button that
doesn't work, It says Javascript:openreport(310,0) which
is why I think it is a java problem. I may be wrong, I
don't know a whole lot about this.

PLEASE HELP ME!
