I think i accidently deleted my direct x drivers HEEEELP!!!!!!

I may have possibly.. ever so slightly.. definately.. deleted them thinking that i had newer versions but i deleted it anyway, i installed the directx drivers from one of my latest games Call of Duty which is the latest copy of directx, the game wouldnt start so i downloaded the latest version from the windows website. The game still isnt working but everything else is fine. Is it possible that my graphix card isnt running the new directx drivers or am i just completely lost an my computers screwed an i should go strate to hell..?

Go to run and type : dxdiag . The first page will tell you the version
of directx that is installed. Run the all of video tests . Post back with
results.
I think it will take more than what you did to go downstairs than upstairs.
