I set my JPG's to open in Photoshop...

Now when I try and use windows explorer it shuts down in
all my picture folders. I can't even navigate in the
OPEN command in Photoshop to open pictures saved in
Windows...what's up?

Try this:

Right click on a .jpg file and choose
Properties. Click the Photoshop Image
tab and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails"
button, then click OK.
