was encrypted or garble. How do I formated so that it looks like the
original.
My scanner saved the file as (.TIF)
Please help me, as thia has happend be4.

thank you

If the file has been saved a s aTIF file then it is an image and not a file
that excel is capable of opening. Find the file in Windows explorer and
just double click it, or if you really want to see it in excel, then in a
worksheet use Insert / Picture / From File then find and select that file
and hit OK.

Excel is a spreadsheet program, not a graphics viewer. Double-click on the
..tif file to see it in the image viewer app.
