I send a meeting notice in Outlook and they get it in code text o.

I am scheduling a meeting in Outlook but when I send the dates and times to a
user they recieve it in code (text only)
 
Are you sending from a more recent version of Outlook (2002 or 2003) to
Outlook 2000? It is a known bug - send the meeting/appointment without a
reminder.
