I have dead icons on my start menu:†Welcome Screen†–Vista Hm Preâ€. they are
the shells of uninstalled free trial programs that came with new computer.
(gateway games/Office 2007 etc. . I think we all have them. How in the world
do you remove these shell icons? While in the same vain, I also have the
names of a few programs I uninstalled incorrectly still listed in my
“programs installed folder†, to which I am exhausted at with my attempts of
trying to remove them, .i.e. reinstalling the single file that it reports it
needs to continue: “file Uninstall.dll not found unable to uninstall
programâ€. But yet the entire program is already mistaking deleted the way
they say Never to remove a program.(click folder-click delete) -Dan
I have Windws VisHmPre. Index 3.1
