I reply to messages,my email signature has spaces b/w each line?

When I reply to messages, my email signature has spaces between each line.
How can I make it not have spaces and just be a small paragraph? (Example--
this is what it will look like, how can I make it stay together)

I had the same problem, and it turned out to be some problems in the
communication between Word and Outlook.
But the solution was easy! Just press shift+return instead of return at the
end of each line. This forces a single line-break.

Thank You!! The extra lines were appearing in every email I sent. Glad the
fix was so easy.
