I receive emails twice

I use MS Office 2003 pro and receive emails from people twice, but not all
people. I have configured my email account to leave a copy on the server as
I have two computers and need to access emails on both computers. My account
is not duplicated, and this has only happend since installing the new
software.

I have had this problem on one of my users computers --
using Windows 2000 & Outlook with a Yahoo account & Norton
antivirus software. I updated my Outlook and it stopped
for 4 days and then started triplicating again.

I have posted several times here with this problem and
am now reviewing to see if I had any responses.
