I receive a Windows configure message every time I open an e-mail

I just reinstalled Office 2003 and now whenever I open or close a new e-mail
in outlook I receive a message that windows in configuring Office 2003 basic
then it runs the iinstaller for 30 or so seconds.
 
Do you allow it to fully run and insert your disk if prompted?
You'd be better off asking this question in a general Office group - they
deal with these types of general installation issues.
