I published a web page and only text (index) comes up?

How did you publish your site? This looks like one of the files that exists
in the _vti folders of an FP web and holds the meta information about a file
or web.
 
I published with FrontPage 2003

I published with ftp first through cuteftp and only got text rather than the
page that I could see on FrontPage, so then I uploaded through frontpage and
now it is all corrupted. Will have to start over, but don't know why the
page doesn't show up as built!?
 
If you ftp to a web that has the server extensions installed, they become
corrupted. Your host will need to repair or reinstall the extensions, and
you'll need to do a complete http publish.
