I posted a question and recieved and answer about nero

My problem is with vista......... when using nero 8 ultra vision it will
hang and close
the problems and solutions said AWSERVICE SERVICE HANG REPORT AND it did
send the report with not result--

Check With The Nero Site. Look At Their Support Tab. Just FYI
