This is ridiculous! I belong to a Yahoo group called Freecycle and want all
my emails from that group to go into my Freecycle folder. Most of them do,
but out of about 30 or 40, about 6-10 still go into my junk email folder.
The subject line from the group ALWAYS contains the same words. I now have 6
rules with all different combinations of these subject line words that appear
on EVERY group email, so why are some still slipping through into my junk
email folder????

Did you try turning the Junk E-mail filter off?
There is some indication that in Windows Mail any suspected junk
email is filtered out before the custom message rules are applied.

No, I hadn't tried that yet. After reading your post, I checked, and it was
set on high. I will try setting it on low or shutting it off and see if that
works. Thanks.

Hope that works out for you.

When they appear in Junk Mail right click them and add them to your Safe
Senders List. Junk Mail acts before your own message rules so there's
nothing you can do about it with message rules.
