Dear Jeff,
I Am New To Pc Banter And I Saw Your Name Attached To A
Wga File Question. A Computer Tech Deletedthis File . It Kept Poping Up
As An Error Notify Message In My Temporary Files, So The Tech Deleted It
Out Of Windows.

You can't see that every word starts with a capital letter?
Not even German does every word.

Ahh, used my "good" eye, I guess. I was looking for all caps,
not first letter types. My bad. Yeah, I definitely see it.
