I need your help!!!!!!!

I did post some thing last week on here. But I have not
seen in what you sent to me back yet??? I just had put in
here from Microsoft to where it will show you all that is
wrong with your PC. But it did tell me that I needed to
shut down all windows. But I don't know how to shut them
down at all. I did do it one time, but I for got how to
it. So if you can tell me that one be great. Ok back to
what I down loaded. I have know for some time that someone
has been useing this PC. I am the only one who does use
this PC. All though my husband name is one here also. But
he does not use this at all. So I went ahead & downloaded
it even with the windows runing still & sure enough it did
show that there are more on here than me???? & when I go
to find out who it is the page just stops. & I can't find
out who it is??? I want to get this fixed ASP.. So I
hope that someone can help me on this one.. I think it is
so cool that Microsoft has this on here. It did also show
that things were missing?? So I just would like some help.

These newsgroups provide peer-to-peer help. Questions and replies are
posted here.

I'm not familiar with this tool. Does it have a name? Is it a program
installed on your system or one of those fix-it websites? Or? Be cautious
with these kind of tools. Check out their reputations before using.
But it did tell me that I needed to

Usually, in XP, all that's necessary is to close any open program windows.
Ok back to

Umm, you forgot to tell us what it was that you downloaded.

Be very cautious about popups that tell you "spyware has been detected" or
"patches are needed." Many of these are flimsy ploys trying to lure you
into purchasing some program or service. Another reason to be very careful
is that some of these "helpful" popups actually install spyware instead of
helping.

All security updates that apply to your system can found very easily by
visiting Windows Update. While online, click on Start> (All) Programs>
Windows Update.

Have no idea what you mean by "more on here than me." If you are worried
about system security, perform a full system scan with an antivirus program
that has current virus definitions installed. Also scan for "parasites." A

It would help if your post were a little more clear and concise.

What did you download, what are you trying to run and what gave you the idea
there were other people using your computer besides you and your husband?
