I need to recover My Image-Copying Tool/Format Palette..

My problem can't be that hard to resolve..I just need someone's help...(It's
just that I'm letting outside stress get in the way of my logical thinking).
Here it is: I went to my Internet Explorer; Microsoft Page opened up, and I
clicked on an advertisement for googleearth.com. Now, I already have
Googleearth.com but clicked on an advertised picture of Rome, Italy in an
effort to just see if my Image-Copying Tool Box appeared so that I can resume
copying pictures again. When I placed my cursor in the googleearth picture
of Rome, I was happy to see, in the upper-left corner, the four icons that
usually appear: Save, Print, Copy, Go To My Pictures. I have been missing
this Box for a month now and needless to say, cannot copy images onto my My
Pictures Folder, or any other place. Currently, when I Right-click a picture
to copy it, I get another IE Box and instead of the four icons in the
upper-left corner, what I get is a little red X. I don't know what I did
before but whatever it is I hope one of you cool Peeps can slap the stress
out of me and set me on a serene path again... I THANK YOU in advance for any
pinch you can give me....

Something to try...

Open an IE window...go to...
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced tab...
Scroll down to: Multimedia...
Check the box...
"Enable Image Toolbar" / Apply / OK...
