I need to know

I need to know the incoming mail server name and the outgoing server name.
I had put POP3 on the first one and SMTP on the outgoing. An e-mail I tried
to send is stuck here because it says that what I wrote caused an error.
What should I answer? What is my incoming mail server and what is my
outgoing server. I need this information as soon as possible.

Who is your email provider?
Yahoo?
The settings for premium accounts are at

but the free US accounts won't work, as they are only webmail, and WM
doesn't access http accounts.

It appears that you have DSL service through SBC, now called AT&T.
You can use their setup instructions for Outlook Express:
