I need to find someone to build a spreadsheet.

I have tried to build a spread sheet and have been unsuccessful. I will
be willing to pay someone to build what I need.

If your interested, let me know and I will give you the particulars. I
have searched online but haven't found what I need. If you know a
website or programmer you can refer, I would appreciate it.

If you can describe what it is that you want to achieve here, then
