I need to convert Powerpoint to a training document for students

I need to create a training document from a powerpoint training presentation
for the class. What is the best way to do this. Is there any software
available that can help.
 
You've said the magic words and any second the "convert it to Flash" people
will be along!

Can you explain what you mean by training document and we'll maybe be able
to help. Maybe "Send to > Microsoft Word" would help.

Unless you have something like Adobe Acrobat, download a free PDF writer such
as Cute PDF Writer. With this one, the PDF writer appears as a printer for
the purposes of [File]-[Print]. Write the slides as handouts to pdf and
distribute that.
