I need to buy an earlier version of mspublisher dating back about.

9 years ago I had a software program called mspublisher. I need to get it
today. I know there are more modern versions, but I would like to download
the earlier version. Can someone help me out?

Determine which version you need (a newsgroup devoted to Publisher would be
a good start -- this one is for Microsoft Access database software) and then
check the online auction sites. Copyright hasn't expired on 9-year-old
software, so it would not be available for free download unless Microsoft
were feeling excessively generous.
