I need that Contact don't show fax number

Hi,

I work with Outlook 2003. When I do a new e-mail, I click th To button and
go to my contact. I found 2 same name. One with e-mail adress and the
other with fax number.

How do not show the fax number ?

Put a letter like "F" or a string like "FAX" in front of the number so
Outlook doesn't know it's a phone number or get a tool like
