Sapphire makes two versions of that card. One has a fan, and one has
passive cooling with a big heat sink.
Maybe you can get Sapphire to sell you the heat sink.
I have the passive version of that card, but it's not as quiet a solution as
I had hoped for due to the fact that the heat it radiates makes my
temp-controlled system fans spool up more frequently than they used to when
I was using the onboard motherboard video.
Still a fairly quiet system, however, which is a good thing because I use it
mostly for doing medical transcription with voice recognition.
