Hi. In a PowerPoint presentation, I need to use US maps that can be edited, manipulated, and states that can seperated or grouped together, hopefully in a 3-D setting. Where does one find this type of software or downloads?

Britney,

If you can find them in wmf format, you can paste them in, right click,
ungroup, convert to PowerPoint drawing objects, ungroup again and turn to
3d. Look at tutorials on my site in the sig.

If you know anyone with CorelDRAW (I believe verson 9) the maps are included
on their clipart CD. Ask the person to import the files, then export them
to .WMF format [I think PP also maybe able to handle the Corel Media Xchange
(CMX) files directly too].

I might be able to dig them up for you if necessary. Please let me know and
allow me a little time.

The CorelDRAW option sounds promising, but I don't really know anyone who has access to that software. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Brittany,

I am willing to help.

But I will need an email address.

Please right click on my name, check the properties for my email address
(chnge org > com) and email me direct.

Check your email Wed. a.m. A revised map with Alaska included is attached.

Anyone else want the map let me know. It is nothing spectacular but it may
be useful.

John
