I need help!

Somehow i have touch on something on my computer that has blocked me from
connecting to some sites, like when im about to load something a secure
mesege should come to my scream and ask if i agree with there terms but now
each time i try to download something the scream does not appear and all it
shows is a dark box with a small with a x on the midle on the top left corner
and its killing me. if someone knows what have i done to my pc please help me.

Although it's not certain, it sounds like you might be having
problems loading java applets.
