I need Help

I lost my Address Bar it was replaced with an Xlocater
adress bar( its used for porn), i looked thru all my
options and i dont know how to reinstall it. i cant
remove the xlocater i removed it in the control panel (
remove programsbut it still there. i delete it but it
wont let me delete it. i really need help
 
Download and use Hijack This! and while downloading find AdAware, Pest
Patrol and Spybot Search and Destroy.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
