I need help with the following barrowed code

Hello everyone,

I'm barrowing code from http://www.mvps.org/access/forms/frm0015.htm
however my newbie access brain can't decipher the variables I need to modify
to make it work with my database. Could someone help me out?

Not to take up your time explaining every detail this code does, I just
wanted to know what variables in that code am I responsible changing to
reflect my database. If I knew which ones, I could probably figure out what
I need put in place of those variables, if any. But basically, I have a
database with a form with two combo boxes, combo1, combo2. They are both
set up per http://www.mvps.org/access/forms/frm0028.htm. and they are
pointed to tblattribute. Now, I'm wanting to add items not already listed,
however I'm not sure which variable I need to modify to reflect my database.
