I need help with my toolbar or menubar

All windows, pop-ups have all of my toolbars or menubar
shown up.(I not sure if toolbars and menubar means the
thing).I cant get rid of the 'bars' and I really need to
get rid of it whenever I open a new window.It annoys me
especially when I play games on a new window and i cant
close them for good.So how to keep them from showing up
whenever I open a window?

Please dont bother now.It got fixed already.I am too panic
when I meant this problem.
