I Need Help with Internet Explorer Browsing

I recently had the MSBLAST worm on my computer, but before
I heard about it on the news, I restored my computer to a
previous setting. It now works great and there is no trace
of it on my PC. I installed the patch also, but when on
internet explorer, I can not access two pages. IGN.com was
my homepage and it won't work, then it will, then I
refresh it and it won't work again. This is very
frustrating and was wondering if someone could help? Thank
you for any possible solutions.
 
Look at this setting.

In the IE-Options->security, allow "META REFRESH".
