I need HELP with IE6 Help!

Help Me

When I click on HELP, the drop down menu appears, but
then when I click on "CONTENTS and INDEX", nothings
opens. (This is with Internet Explorer 6.) Help works
fine with all other programs. I do remember reading
something about this problem, but now that I have the
problem I can't find the source for solving it. Hope
that you can help me with HELP!
 
This apparently happened after a windows update.
To fix the problem, find the Tshoot.inf file which should be in
c:\windows\inf, right click
on it and select Install from the popup list. Have your Win cd on hand.
