If your site hosted on a ISP/WPP, then they must install the FP extensions,
and you must then publish the site to the server via FP's http mode.

The FP extensions have not been applied to your web, you need to open IIS
MMC, in the Control Panel | Admin.., then you right click on the web, then
All Task and apply the extensions, then set permissions,

You also must work on the site directly via http:// from within FP.

To have the email function work, you must have SMTP server installed and
configured to work with the Extensions. For help IIS, etc. I suggest you
post to the Windows IIS or Windows newsgroup.

Do you have a SMTP mail server installed and configured?

Select the default web site, then right click, then properties.

Under the properties for the web site, you have to configure the email. You
need to post in the Windows IIS newsgroup if you need help setting this up.

Carlos,

Let backup here a minute, if you are not run IIS as a web server, then you
do not have access to the FP extensions, as there are no FP extensions
available under Windows for any web server other than MS IIS.

To get the best help in setting up your server, you really should post the
MS Windows and/or IIS Server newsgroup.

Carlos,

The FP extensions do not currently show as being installed for your web
site.
