I need help with excel/pp

I have a pp presentation that is very simple and mostly made up of numbers/charts, my problem is when I copy text from excel and paste it into pp I need every slide to look the same, when I paste them I need to drag the box to make large enough to see, when I do that the text looks distorted and I need it to look the same size on every slide, I hope this isn't too confusing
 
Hi Sherry,

When you drag the pasted text, do you use the corners and maintain its
height/width ratio? Distortion can be cased by uneven enlargement.

Are the pasted objects the same size. If you are pasting a 2x5 object onto
a slide, it would be unreasonable to expect it to look the same as a 10x3
object..

Are you using Paste or Paste Special? A picture of the table may be smaller
and maintain a better size ratio than a table might.

Oh, and what version of PowerPoint are you using?
