I need help in setup on more than two partitions

I need a third partition with at least 10gigs and am not
asure it it is possible using xp with NTFS

With Windows native tools, you can not modify the partition Windows
resides.
If you only need to split the other partition, use Disk Management
(data on affected partition will be destroyed)
