To post a question here, you should identify yourself with some semblance of
a name or nickname, and you should use the subject line to briefly identify
your question, not to describe it in detail.
On the subject of detail, your question is vague. Access (not Excess) is a
relational database program. If you need a simple grid you would do better
to use Word or Excel. If you need something else you will need to describe
the situation.
