I need grant permission back

I messed up and made my browser so it doesn't go on to the internet...not
this one because I am ussing it. How do you get the permission screen back up

How did you deny permission? In a firewall? Which one?

Try running System Restore to revert back to a date when the system was
working correctly. To do this go to Start button->Help & Support->Pick a
task-> click on System Restore. Now use the wizard to revert back. Do not
try to revert back too far. Just see if you can get back to a date just
prior to the problem occurring.
