Can anyone help me with some used computers to help train the youth of
my Village so they gain some skills to work for a living?

Z said:I think the village must have the ability of living without a
computer. In the modern society, all people who pay out the same
quantity of work should get a equal division of the consumable
according to their needs.
Stalin?
Because the village have existed in the past without a computer,
it should be able to exist in the future in the same condition.

still usable, especially in the U.S.A. I've heard that a computer
bought in 1995 is still in use in Cuba in recent years. Those
computers should be able to help the village for free or not.

Sweeping generalizations come easy.

No, you have to blame yourself for believeing whats written.
Man-wai Chang to The Door (+MS=32B) said:So all poorly fed kids in Africa are now being taken care of properly?
That the blacks in Africa finally understood the value of birth
control and started to trust each tribes?
The timing of this request for computers, couldn't be better.
Look at today's news.

Until today, I didn't even know Ghana was a destination for
E-waste. I've seen complaints about shipping containers leaving our
west coast, destined for overseas recycling. Apparently, we don't
have enough outgoing inspectors to stop it.

So why blame the news? You obviously know better.
Z said:Then do you mean that what the OP wants is just some of those E-waste
from their recyclers?
If the America do export its E-waste abroad, the behavior should be
considered as a decision from the American citizens. And although Gana
may get a polluted landscape, it could also get much more dollars from
those information contained in the wasted or donated storage devices
to improve both their productivity of labour and their environment. ^o^
